How do I process a warranty claim for a worn-out pair?
To start a claim, visit our Warranty page to print a form. Simply mail your clean socks back to our Vermont mill, and we will provide a credit code to choose a brand new pair from our website.
What is the best way to wash and care for my wool socks?
For longevity, machine wash your socks in warm water on a gentle cycle with the socks inside out. Tumble dry on low or air dry. Do not use bleach or fabric softeners.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping usually arrives within 5-7 business days, depending on your location relative to our Vermont warehouse.
